Lifetime Warranty

Sean Schuster Fine Art Photography has built its reputation by sourcing the finest materials in the world and engineering products that exceed consumer expectations of quality. All limited edition prints are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship for the lifetime** of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

Wear and Tear

All limited edition prints are also Lifetime** Guaranteed against wear and tear damage occurring from improper care, cleaning, moving/handling, negligence or by accident. Damage will be repaired for a reasonable rate not exceeding $1495 and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Lifetime Exchange

We recognize that tastes can change over the course of time. Like a record played too often, a valued visual stimulus may lose its appeal. If at any point your feelings have changed about the piece you’ve chosen, you may exchange it for an in-store credit towards another purchase; provided you are the original owner with proof of purchase, and that the image is still in it’s original condition. If this is not the case, it will be evaluated and a value will be given as a trade in towards your desired replacement image.

Shipping Problems/Damage

If for whatever reason, your print arrives damaged, please contact us! We will happily send out a replacement. Requests must be received within seven (7) business days (excluding holidays) of delivery, and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review. Click here to submit a claim via our claim form, and once it has been approved for return you can ship*** it back to us. You will not be charged for the new print, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return, unless the image was shipped insured, therefore there would be no additional cost to you.

Returns

It’s okay to change your mind! Sometimes, your artwork might look different than expected when it is actually in your space. That is why, when you purchase a Sean Schuster Limited Edition print, online or in one of our galleries, we’ll give you up to seven (7) business days (excluding holidays), to decide if it is the right piece for you and if not we’ll allow you to return it to us. For this reason, please be sure to unpack the image with care and retain all original packaging until you have decided that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. I want everyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely happy with their decision and to be able to make their purchase without worry.

So, if you receive your artwork and are not fully satisfied, you will have:

Seven (7) business days (excluding holidays) to contact us at sales@seanschuster.com about your intent to return the work.

&

Three (3) business days (excluding holidays) from the day you contacted us to ship*** back the artwork.

***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within seven (7) business days (excluding holidays) of receipt or you do not ship the work within three (3) business days (excluding holidays) of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

* MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials (prints, acrylic, adhesive, fabrics, moulding etc.) or workmanship (printing, mounting, construction, etc.) are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee for the lifetime** of the product.

** LIFETIME

The term Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but rather the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials. While we choose the very best materials available to make our products last as long as possible, all materials degrade over time and exposure to the elements.

***PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be insured. Please ensure you include all original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity. Omission of this certificate from your return will result in your shipment NOT being accepted.***
