While in San Francisco in 2013 I had set out to find a special way to showcase both and amazing piece of architechture and a brilliant city at the same time. I had found the location and planned to come back in the morning. After I calculated travel time and setup it appeared I would need to wake up at 3:30am just to get the shot I was looking for, which is absolutely not something I enjoy. The next morning I got up and drove for about an hour, hiked down a hill for half an hour and got setup on the beach and waited for the light to cooperate. However, things didn’t come together on the first try. I’m not one to give up on a great shot, So I did it all over again the next morning and behold the ”Golden Morning”
